Default Re: Shave some sprung weight.

I made my own.. get a dewalt 36v battery pack. Split it open and there are 10 A123 LiFePO cells. You use 8 of those. Make two packs of 4, each is a "12v" pack. Find someone who races R/C cars to help you assemble them if you aren't comfortable with it. Cost for me was well under $100.. it's lasted a year and no problems with it at all.
